If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We offer a 7-day health guarantee and will provide a replacement or refund for any transit-related issues.

Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 3 to 7 business days to ensure the plants spend the least amount of time in transit.
